What is your vision for the Office in Beira?

My vision for the office in Beira is to create a center of excellence that acts as a beacon of innovation, collaboration, and positive impact on the community. I want the office to be recognized for its efficiency, the quality of its projects, and its commitment to the values of our NGO. I hope we can strengthen local partnerships, increase our capacity to respond to community needs, and promote an inclusive and motivating work environment for all staff.

What is a good team for you?

A good team consists of individuals with complementary skills, committed to common goals, and who respect each other. They should be communicative, collaborative, and proactive, always willing to learn and help colleagues. Trust and transparency are fundamental, as is the ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.

Which of horizont3000's values you feel connected to, and why?

My favorite value is integrity. I believe that acting with integrity is essential for building trust and credibility, both internally and externally. When all team members commit to being honest, transparent, and accountable in their actions, we create a solid and reliable organizational culture. Integrity ensures that all our activities are conducted ethically, which is crucial for achieving our goals and making a difference in the community.

What is the impact of the technical advisor program in Mosambique

I believe that the technical advisor program is crucial for the sustainable development of our initiatives. It allows our partners to access specialized knowledge, improve their skills, and implement evidence-based practices. Additionally, technical advisors can offer valuable external perspectives, helping the partner organizations to identify areas for improvement and innovate in new approaches. This program strengthens the partners organization ability to execute high-quality projects and maximize positive impact in the community.

The most important thing for you in the morning after waking up

The most important thing for me in the morning is to take a moment for reflection and planning for the day. I like to review my priorities, set clear goals, and mentally prepare for any challenges that may arise. This helps me start the day with focus and purpose, ensuring that I can be productive and efficient in all my activities.
