Promoting socio-environmental development through agroecology, strengthening cooperatives and community associations, and generating income through ecologically and financially sustainable projects.
Ana Adsuara has a degree in Psychology and Education, as well as years of training in environmental studies. She has built her professional career at the intersection of these three areas, working on socio-environmental projects for many years, as an educator on various topics in and out of schools, and in community and clinical psychology, working with individuals and groups.
LevasFlor was established in 2005 as a socially and environmentally conscious business under the collaboration of the Swedish Protestant diocese of Västerås and the Mozambican Anglican Church's Lebombo diocese. LevasFlor endeavors to turn the tide against deforestation by creating a viable market for certified, sustainably sourced timber.
