This advisory assignment supports Azada Verde in strengthening its internal organisational systems, strategic planning, and project development capacities. The focus lies on improving internal structures, workflows, and information management systems, while establishing robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks. In parallel, the assignment enhances the organisation’s ability to design, align, and implement high-quality, impact-driven projects, contributing to sustainable community development, agroecology, and climate resilience in central Mozambique.
The assignment directly engages Azada Verde’s management and coordination teams, as well as its operational staff. Indirectly, it benefits the rural communities and local stakeholders involved in the organisation’s programmes across Sofala Province, particularly in the districts of Buzi and Chibabava.
