Edith Speiser studied pedagogy in Vienna and is trained in organisational development and existential coaching. She has worked as a consultant, project manager and coach in various organisations in Austria, East Africa and Latin America. Edith's work focuses on analysing organisational culture and promoting good cooperation, supporting organisations in developing visions and practical strategies, and optimising internal communication and decision-making processes.
