Every preparation course is special and you can feel a kind of magic in these groups, who usually come to our Vienna office twice a year to start their engagement at horizont3000.

This time it was something special for the communications department. We did some experiments with the advisors in the last years, writing articles, shooting videos, inviting journalists. This time we had a really interactive workshop with a great result produced by the group itself.
Thank you for the great commitment, creativity and basically heart-warming atmosphere for the whole group. We look forward to more insights into your work!
Let's have a look to the resumee statements from our new collegues and future advisors.
"I have experienced onboarding processes elsewhere, in private sector enterprises. They were called like that too, but they felt different as they were not actually as practical or useful as this course."
"I have gained a better understanding of how the organisation works internally and I also enjoyed building up personal connections with the other advisors in the course."
"In the (inter)cultural competence workshop with Margret, I found it interesting to see for myself what my most important values truly are when we were forced to narrow them down from 10, at first, to 5 and then to the 3 most important values we believe in."
"The logframe workshop facilitated by Thomas was very engaging and interesting, although it could have also been a bit dry and boring. For some of us, it was an interesting introduction to a topic that we knew very little about beforehand."
"Preparing for the worst, as we did in the security training, does not necessarily mean to expect the worst or that the worst will actually happen in the end. The training has definitely raised my awareness for potentially dangerous situations as well as my confidence."
